Canon Camera Setup for Touch to Focus
- 1. Power on camera and Shinobi II.
- 2. Select camera mode from still/movie.
- 3. Select Shinobi II, Control/"Trigger Mode" to match camera mode (Photo/Video).
- 4. Connect camera and Shinobi II with HDMI cable.
- 5. Set Setup/"Choose USB connection app": "Photo Import/Remote Control".
- 6. Connect camera and Shinobi II with USB cable.
- 7. Set Shinobi II, Control/"Tap to Focus": On. (If "Tap to Focus" is not shown, that camera is unsupported)
- 8. Selected focus area is displayed only in still mode to Shinobi II display. (To confirm selected Focus Area in Movie mode to camera LCD, set "Camera/"HDMI Display": "camera+HDMI") (In some models like R7, "HDMI Display": "camera+HDMI" disables card recording)
- 9. In Shinobi II, tap Touch button : Off, and tap center of screen to toggle to clean screen, then tap Touch button: On.
- 10. Confirm lens in AF position, set focus mode and focus area in AF menu.
- 11. In Shinobi II, tap area to focus to start AF. (AF result depends on lens settings, subject contrast/distance, scene brightness etc.)

Sony Camera Setup for Touch to Focus
- 1. Power on camera and Shinobi II.

- 6. Select USB mode "Remote Shooting".

- 8. For Touch Focus, set Setup/"External Output"/"HDMI Info. Display": ON. (For Focus Tracking, set Setup/"External Output"/"HDMI Info. Display" : OFF)
- 9. In Shinobi II, tap Touch button : Off, and tap center of screen to toggle to clean screen, then tap Touch button: On.
- 10. Confirm lens in AF position, set Focus Mode in Focus/"AF/MF"/"Focus Mode", Focus Area in Focus/"AF/MF"/"Focus Area"/"Focus Area".
- 11. In Shinobi II, tap area to start AF or Focus Tracking. (AF result depends on lens settings, subject contrast/distance, scene brighness etc.)

Nikon Camera Setup for Touch to Focus
- 1. Power on camera and Shinobi II.
- 2. Select camera mode from still/movie. (In Z6II, only still)
- 3. Select Shinobi II, Control/"Trigger Mode" to match camera mode (Photo/Video).
- 4. Connect camera and Shinobi II with HDMI cable.

5. Set "NETWORK MENU"/USB/"MTP/PTP". (Nikon Z9/Z8/Z6III)
Set "SETUP MENU"/”USB connection priority" : Shooting. (Nikon Z9/Z8/Z6III)
Set "SETUP MENU"/”USB power delivery" : OFF. (Nikon Z9/Z8/Z6III)
Set "SETUP MENU"/”USB" : "MTP/PTP". (Nikon Z6II) - 6. Connect camera and Shinobi II with USB cable.

7. Set Shinobi II, Control/"Tap to Focus": On.
(If "Tap to Focus" is not shown, that camera is unsupported) - 8. Focus Area is only shown in camera LCD.
- 9. In Shinobi II, tap Touch button : Off, and tap center of screen to toggle to clean screen, then tap Touch button:On.
- 10. Confirm lens in AF position, set "Focus mode", "AF-area mode" in "PHOTO SHOOTING MENU" or "VIDEO RECORDING MENU".

11. In Shinobi II, tap area to focus to start AF.
(AF result depends on lens settings, subject contrast/distance, scene brighness etc.)

- 1. Power on camera and Shinobi II.
- 2. Select camera mode from still/movie.

- 4. Connect camera and Shinobi II with HDMI cable.
- 5. Select USB mode "PC(Tether)" or "Lumix Flow".
- 6. Connect camera and Shinobi II with USB cable.

7. Set Shinobi II, Control/"Tap to Focus": On.
(If "Tap to Focus" is not shown, that camera is unsupported) -
8. To confirm selected Focus Area in Shinobi II, set ""IN/OUT"/"HDMI Rec Output"/"Info Display":On and toggle camera DISP button other than Control Panel.
(If clean image without OSD is required, set "IN/OUT"/"HDMI Rec Output"/"Info Display": OFF) - 9. In Shinobi II, tap Touch button : Off, and tap center of screen to toggle to clean screen, then tap Touch button:On.

10. Confirm lens in AF position, set Single/Continuous AF in rear side, press AF Mode button and select area.
(Pinpoint in still is selectable, but unsupported in Shinobi II) -
11. In Shinobi II, tap area to focus to start AF.
(AF result depends on lens settings, subject contrast/distance, scene brighness etc.)

- 1. Power on camera and Shinobi II.

- 4. Connect camera and Shinobi II with HDMI cable.

5. Set "NETWORK/USB SETTING"/"SELECT CONNECTION SETTING" : "USB TETHER SHOOTING FIXED".
Set "NETWORK/USB SETTING"/"USB POWER SUPPLY/COMM SETTING" : "OFF/ON". - 6. Connect camera and Shinobi II with USB cable.

7. Set Shinobi II, Control/"Tap to Focus": On.
(If "Tap to Focus" is not shown, that camera is unsupported) - 8. In Shinobi II, tap Touch button : Off, and tap center of screen to toggle to clean screen, then tap Touch button:On.

9. Confirm lens in AF position, set "AF/MF SETTING"/"FOCUS MODE" and AF/MF SETTING"/"AF MODE". Area size and location adjustable by "AF AREA".
(Tracking is selectable, but unsupported in Shinobi II) -
10. In Shinobi II, tap area to focus to start AF.
(AF result depends on lens settings, subject contrast/distance, scene brighness etc.)
