For all repairs that are either in warranty or out of warranty the process is the same.
Submit a ticket from the support page of the Atomos website (http://support.atomos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), select product support in the form and select "Request a repair" from the Support type drop down field.
From there you will be prompted to complete the form with relevant details about your product, where/when you purchased it and the fault you are experiencing.
