Atomos offers a standard 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. For products with an MSRP over US$500, the standard warranty can be extended from 1 year to 3 years by registering the product at atomos.com/support. 

Please note: while the NEON series also comes with a 1 year warranty, customers can extend the warranty period by purchasing a yearly Service Level Agreement (SLA) plan. Further details about the SLA plan will be announced soon.
