Warranty Policy
1. Standard Warranty
- Every Atomos monitor and monitor-recorder comes with a two-year warranty, provided that the product is registered within three months of purchase. Register your product here.
- Accessories and batteries included with the product are also covered for 1 year.
2. LCD / TFT Screen Warranty

Covered under a standard 1-year warranty.
Dead Pixel Policy: Applicable if there are 3 or more dead pixels or 3 or more stuck pixels (red, green, blue, or other colors).
3. Warranty Limitations
- Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
- Atomos reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion.
- The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or business interruption.
4. Warranty Remedy
- If during the warranty period the product is shown to be defective, Atomos may at its option:
- Replace the goods or supply equivalent ones;
- Repair the goods;
- Pay the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent ones; or
- Pay the cost of having the goods repaired.
5. Cross-Region Purchases
- Warranty service is valid only in the region of purchase.
- If a product is purchased from an official distributor outside the customer’s home region, warranty service will be provided in the original purchase region only.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping and return costs to and from that region.
